Businesses across Europe have been preparing themselves for
the rollout of the European Pay Transparency Directive, which aims
to hold employers responsible for fair pay practices. The adoption
of key rules for recruitment transparency will be quickly followed
by a host of other legislation including gender pay gap reporting
and the adoption of defensible job evaluation practices. Many
companies have made excellent progress and others are hurrying to
catch up. A key learning point for us all has been the wide
discrepancy in professional Total Rewards expertise across
different companies, and within companies: particularly the gap
between Total Rewards professionals and their counterparts in the
broader HR population.
Back in 2018, a group of leading European companies recognised
the lack of good educational opportunities for those in the Total
Rewards profession, and they decided to do something about
it. Novo Nordisk, IKEA, Electrolux and Maersk came together to
create the Total Rewards Academy. This institution has filled a
vacuum with much-needed and accessible learning for Total Rewards
professionals across Europe. Now with 60 leading companies as
sponsors, and over 400 successful participants, the time is right
to bring this opportunity home to Poland, giving all Polish
companies the opportunity to educate their Total Rewards
Professionals to a common international high standard, with
in-person teaching delivered in Poland by Europe’s leading Total
Rewards Tutor, Alan Gibbons.
As all Rewards Professionals are aware, WorldatWork’s GRP®
(Global Rewards Professional) and CCP® (Certified Rewards
Professional) represent the international gold standard in Total
Rewards education and certification. However, the road to
completing the 9 required courses was time consuming and
expensive. In response, The Total Rewards Academy® has
radically redesigned how these training programmes are delivered,
with today's busy Rewards professionals in mind, accelerating the
time needed to achieve education & certification, and at a very
much-reduced cost.
We have decided to partner with the Total Rewards
Academy and deliver this complete educational and certification
program in the classroom in Poland, starting in April 2026. This is
an intensive, one year program and Polish participants will not
only enjoy the most competitive corporate fees, but they will
also have access to the full range of events (classroom events in
London, Amsterdam and Zürich and online events) should they
be unable to attend all of our Polish classroom events.

for a one-hour briefing of how this programme can compliment your
in-house Total Rewards expertise and help to build the
strongest possible network across the Rawrds profession within
Poland and across Europe.
